A video is published on social networks, in which, presumably, the victim of the bombing and the consequences of the attack in Uman in the Cherkess region of Ukraine.
The footage is published by the telegram channel “Ostorozhno, novosti”.
Early in the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced about the beginning of a military special operation in the Donbass. He made the corresponding statement after the appeal of the heads of the DPR and LPR with a request for military assistance. The Russian leader said that the occupation of Ukraine is not included in Moscow's plans.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense stated that the troops do not strike at the civilian population - their targets are military facilities.
