According to the press service of the Western Military District, a Su-30 fighter fell during a scheduled training flight in the Tver region.

As noted by the Interfax agency, the plane crashed in a wooded area, so no one was injured, there is no destruction on the ground. The crew itself also managed to eject in time, the pilots had already returned to the home airfield. The Su-30 is a fighter designed, among other things, for operation at night and in difficult meteorological conditions, reminds RBC.

"A commission of the Western Military District has been sent to the scene of the accident to establish the causes and circumstances of the incident", the press service of the Western Military District reported.

This is not the last plane crash in the past. On September 11 it was reported that a Bekas X-32 airplane made a hard landing near the village of Nikolskoye, Michurinsky District, Tambov Region, as a result of which the pilot died.
