An outpatient infectious disease center in Vladivostok had to shut down due to a blizzard on the power grid. Other medical facilities were left without water.

"Budgetary medical organizations of the Pervomaisky district of Vladivostok operate in a limited mode due to the lack of power supply. The outpatient infectious disease center at 32 Cheremukhovaya has temporarily suspended its work", - the Primorsky Territory government said.
