It is by no means possible to conceal the disease before vaccination against coronavirus, because this can lead to undesirable reactions and side effects, said Alexander Gorelov, deputy director for scientific work of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor.

In an interview with RIA Novosti, he pointed out that at this stage of clinical trials, "healthy volunteers should be selected, but it happens that people hide their situations, which they had in anamnesis, all concomitant diseases".

"Absolutely - people should not hide diseases before vaccination", - said the expert

In this case, the body's normal individual reaction to the vaccine can be expressed in an elevated temperature, weakness, redness or pain at the injection site.

“There is always a description of such possible effects in the annotation for a drug”, - Gorelov added.

On the eve it was reported that severe allergies and childhood are contraindications to vaccination against covid.

Let us remind you that the clinical trials of the vaccine at the Vector Center ended on September 30th. Since July 27, the drug has been tested on volunteers. The second domestic vaccine for COVID-19 is expected to be registered on October 15. The date of its entry into civilian circulation has not yet been reported.
