"In the near future in the Voronezh, Bryansk, Oryol and Kursk regions, the ultraviolet index will reach seven units. In the south of Russia - in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, this figure will be kept at the level of 8-9 units", - reports the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Kuban with reference to the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand.
He added that such an index is extremely dangerous, since sunburn can appear very quickly.
According to the expert, "dangerous sun" in the next three days will be observed in the Voronezh: Kursk, Oryol and Bryansk regions, as well as in the Stavropol, Trans-Baikal and Krasnodar regions. In addition, residents of Primorye and Adygea should be afraid of this phenomenon.
Let us recall that Roman Vilfand predicted coolness for the Russians in early August. Moscow, according to him, will have warm weather with an even temperature in the range of 22-27 degrees by the end of July.
