Singer Julie Cruise, who sang the theme song to 'Twin Peaks', passed away
The singer who sang the theme song to David Lynch's Twin Peaks has died at the age of 65.

Julie Cruise's husband Edward Grinnan spoke about the death of Julie Cruz.

She left this world on her own terms. No regrets. Her soul is calm… Rest in peace, my love,” Grinnan wrote on his page on the social network.

It's worth reminding that Cruise's collaboration with Lynch began with her performance of the song "Secrets of Love" in the film "Blue Velvet" in 1986. The track Falling in "Twin Peaks" became a single with another track on her debut studio album - "Floating into the Night" of '89. The author of the legendary composition is Angelo Badalamenti, the lyrics are by David Lynch. Many cover versions were recorded for the track, and The Mob from Germany recorded four versions of this song at once.
