The State Duma introduced a bill banning collector activities in the Russian Federation
A group of senators and deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party has submitted to the State Duma a bill banning collector activities in Russia. The authors of the initiative note that its adoption is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of Russians with overdue debts to credit institutions.
