According to the senator, it is necessary to first wait for the return of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin from his working trip to the Far East. After that, Ryazansky believes, the decision on payments will be made.
"Will there be payments or not, or there will be some additional steps to help. It's still a multi-billion dollar cost, ”, - he said in an interview with Nation News, adding that the last word will be on the Ministry of Finance.
The senator indicated that the budget did not provide for new such costly projects.
"In the budget of such resources for this year, we did not include those operational amendments to the budget that were adopted during the pandemic and the summer holidays, they also did not provide for a third payment. Therefore, we need to wait", - concluded Ryazansky.
The payments in July, addressed to families with children under 16, were transferred to 26 million recipients.
Let us recall that on May 11, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised the Russians during his televised address to provide material support to families with children. The next day, when people tried to issue these payments, the State Services website, through which they had to submit an application, collapsed, unable to cope with the load.
At the same time, many of those who tried to get “Putin's” 10 thousand rubles back in May had other difficulties as well. The Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, which is responsible for receiving the applications for payments, could not fulfill the president's order without the delay.
