Let us remind you that a deaf-mute person was detained during a protest action in St. Petersburg on January 31. The court fined him five thousand rubles. At the same time, the person did not participate in the rally. On this day, he went to the World of Arts store in the city center. The man tried to explain to the police officers detaining him that he was not a participant in any demonstrations, but the police could not understand him. Moreover, the police report said that the person was detained "for chanting slogans". Exactly how the deaf-mute person “chanted” them, the police could not explain.
“In this case, I don’t know what happened to the judge, but in this particular case, a person can challenge the court’s decision, if, of course, the deadline for filing an appeal has not yet passed”, - the presidential press secretary said. He is quoted by Kommersant.
