As the agency notes, this happened on December 31 as a result of negotiations.
According to official information, the released servicemen will be taken to Moscow for treatment and rehabilitation in the near future. They are already receiving all the necessary medical care.
Acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin clarified that the exchange took place according to the formula "82 to 82".
