Exchange of prisoners of war

The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatiana Moskalkova, said that the Russian side handed over to Ukraine five wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was a response to the transfer of five seriously wounded Russian soldiers at the end of March.

After negotiations with Ukraine, 101 servicemen from Russia returned home from captivity. This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of the country.

As the agency notes, this happened on December 31 as a result of negotiations.
