Vitaly Klitschko reported emergency power outages in Kiev

"As a result of the night shelling of the capital, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged. There are emergency power outages in the city. Accordingly, there are de—energized heat supply facilities", - Klitschko said on January 2 (quoted by Izvestia).The mayor of Kiev clarified that the water supply in Kiev is carried out in normal mode.

As the newspaper notes, on January 2, an air alert was declared in Kiev and a number of regions of Ukraine.
