Klitschko

The Mayor of Kiev, Vitaly Klitschko, reported damage to energy infrastructure and heat supply facilities after night attacks. He also announced emergency power outages in the Ukrainian capital.

An air alert was declared throughout Ukraine this morning. According to the head of the office of the Ukrainian president Alexei Arestovich, more than 100 missiles will be launched for the next massive missile strike, and he called Kiev the main target.
