"The detention operation took place in Rostov", - the Rostov edition of RostovGazeta reports.

According to TASS, the FSB Central Control Center announced the detainee's attempt to legalize his presence on the territory of the Russian Federation. At the same time, it is said that he adheres to ultra-right neo-Nazi views, and also propagandized the interests of a terrorist organization among the youth of the region.

"Despite the recognition of Azov* as a terrorist organization, adhering to ultra-right neo-Nazi views, he propagandized the interests of a terrorist organization among the youth of Rostov—on-Don", - the FSB reported.

According to the secret service, during his stay on the territory of Ukraine, the person involved joined the structural unit of the Azov regiment*. This happened in 2016. After that, he participated in the March of the nation in Kiev as part of the unit. During the searches, the detainee found propaganda materials and symbols of "Azov"*.

At the moment, the detainee has been sent into custody. A criminal case has been opened against him because of his participation in the activities of a terrorist organization in accordance with Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
