The National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) reported that a Counterterrorist Operation regime was introduced on the territory of Moscow, Voronezh and the Moscow Region. It is noted that this measure is necessary to prevent possible terrorist attacks.

At the same time, in these regions, the Counter-terrorist operation mode is introduced for the first time.
