Arkhangelsk territory

The Ministry of Transport of the Arkhangelsk Region is conducting an inspection on the fact of the collapse of a bridge across the Yemtsa River in the Kholmogorsk District. The structure was erected in June 2021.

Two people were rescued from a sunken ship near Novaya Zemlya in the Arkhangelsk region. In total, there were 19 people on the ship. The predetermined cause of the crash is icing.

The criminal case against the former head of the Federal Tax Service for the Arkhangelsk Region and the NAO Sergey Rodionov (pictured) was submitted to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk. The official is accused of accepting bribes on an especially large scale and abuse of office.
