The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, on the sidelines of the Munich Conference, explained to Wang Yi, a member of the Politbureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, why it is not worth supplying weapons to Russia. Wang Yi asked why China cannot supply weapons to Moscow if Brussels regularly supplies them to Kiev.
