Chief Rabbi of Russia Berl Lazar assured Russian President Vladimir Putin that the Jewish community is ready to do everything possible to achieve peace.

Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen said at the inauguration ceremony that the authorities of the Jewish state intend to "talk less publicly" about Ukraine. At the same time, the country will continue to provide humanitarian assistance to Kiev.
