Mammoet (Netherlands), a global operator of heavy cargo transportation and lifting, announced in April that it was winding down its business in Russia. On February 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin (pictured) signed an order authorizing the sale of the company's Russian business (Mammut Rus LLC).

The head of the Dutch Defense Ministry, Kaisa Ollongren, said that Ukraine had submitted an application to the authorities of the kingdom for the supply of F-16 fighter jets to Kiev.

The combined forces will number 50 thousand military.

The country's authorities refused to allow the Russian diplomatic mission to participate in the ceremony.
