Rising sea levels are forcing the authorities of some states to start resettling their citizens from flood zones.

The Panama-flagged container ship Rise Shine ran aground in the Sea of Japan near Nakhodka, Primorsky Krai. The ship received holes. The captain of the vessel reported a threat to the life of the crew.
