US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken proposed to strengthen the role of diplomats in determining the future borders of Ukraine, stressing that any peaceful decisions should not be taken without taking into account the opinion of Kiev.

US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrink, in an interview with reporters, said that the Chinese authorities are secretly helping Russia in conducting a special operation, despite words about supporting peace in Ukraine.

Chinese spy balloons flew over more than 40 countries and were controlled by Chinese military intelligence, according to the US State Department. The FBI advises not to jump to conclusions.
