In Balashikha, near Moscow, the transport prosecutor's office began checking after an incident with the fall of a stroller with a baby on the way in front of a moving train.

Railway service was suspended throughout the country in order to check the condition of tracks, roads and bridges after the earthquake.

Passenger trains had to be delayed due to the incident.
