Ruslan Kutayev: “Caucasians will become more active and will stand for the posts of deputies and mayors”

This was announced on the air of Mark Feygin YouTube channel by Ruslan Kutayev, the President of the Assembly of Peoples of the Caucasus.

“Recent rallies in Vladikavkaz once again proved that the North Ossetian society is distinguished by its activity. There are many political parties and non-governmental organizations in North Ossetia. Compared to those located in other North Caucasian regions, they feel more independent, can make demands more freely, and generally do position themselves more easily.

We can say that partly the protesters achieved their goal. The public has identified itself, has identified accumulated problems. On the one hand, people were strangled there, but on the other they were satisfied at the same time.

But, in any case, these are only temporary phenomena. All this is just the beginning. The situation, as in North Ossetia, I think, will continue in the Caucasus and will develop further.

The entire North Caucasus, as a very densely populated region, is united by a key problem - unemployment. She comes first here, she prevails. This is a real scourge. At the same time, the problems of the North Caucasus are partly the problems of the Smolensk and Bryansk regions.

In the North Caucasus, power is highly corrupt. Therefore, as for other citizens of Russia, such power is for the people of the North Caucasus a problem that people want to fight, which they want to solve.

In modern Russia, the eviction of the peoples of the Caucasus, Chechens, Ingush, Balkars, Karachais, Crimean Tatars, Kazakhs, Kalmyks and so on ... is repeated

The North Caucasus is a kind of testing ground, and the Chechen Republic is a kind of laboratory where the political leadership and special services of Russia conduct their experiments.

The fact is that the Russian authorities understood even before the coronavirus that there would come times when the economy would decline, and if it was approaching a recession somewhere, then someday the period of stagnation would begin. They were preparing for this.

And this cadastral division of the border denoted ulcers - Chechen-Ingush and Chechen-Dagestan. They were designated and mothballed. What is the purpose?

When in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, and in other Russian cities people will tumble down the streets and squares, the authorities, in order to bring down such an upsurge in the political activity of the population in the Russian regions of the country, will resort to this provocation, to this laid-back time bomb.

Abscesses were identified and were waiting in the wings.

And if in one or two regions of Russia it turns out to introduce a state of emergency, it will automatically cancel all political actions, marches and rallies all over the country.

We remember the situation when the events on Dubrovka entailed certain political decisions. That is, such a mine should be ready to, in which case, bring down the political activity of society.

I have no doubt about that. Blanks are available. If we survive, we will witness this.

The Caucasus is more politicized than any other part of the Russian state.

And I would like to emphasize that if people begin to put forward political demands - and, I note, not in Chita and not in Krasnoyarsk, namely in Moscow and St. Petersburg, then protests will begin in the Caucasus in support of this, the Caucasus will pick up this activity.

Without a doubt, Caucasians will show solidarity. By the way, according to various sources, there are 2–3 million Caucasians living in Moscow.

During meetings with representatives of the peoples of the Caucasus, I often tell them that it will not work. If you want to influence processes, you must take part in all political requirements. Of course, within the framework of the law and the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

And I want to assure you: in the next political affairs you will see Muslims, you will see Caucasians.

Previously, Caucasians were not particularly active, but not at all because they did not want to take part in the agenda.

The fact is that the Russian authorities to Muslims and Caucasians assigned a niche to bandits and small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. They could not advance beyond this. From everywhere they survived democratic, patriotic and other institutions.

And Caucasians do not want to bring tea to political bosses, having knowledge, education and the most powerful political pressure. There is no desire to be the second or third link.

And now - and I say this on behalf of the Caucasians and Muslims of the country - we decided to firmly change this situation.

I had conversations with all representatives of Dagestan, Central Asian peoples, Adyghe and so on. And we agreed that, starting in Moscow, we will most seriously participate actively in the entire life and work of the Russian state.

Caucasians and Muslims want to be among those who make decisions. And, of course, they will be among those who will defend Russia.

We will stand for the post of the deputies, mayors, "peers"... And for the presidency of Russia. This is our country.

Since they did not let us out, did not want us to be a separate state, we will say publicly that we are Russians. We will stand up to the full height and will, with all our strength, realize ourselves in the political environment of Russia”.
