It will be possible to pay for mass transport in the Moscow Region from Wednesday until the end of the country's self-isolation regime only with Strelka and Troika cards or with a single social ticket: Governor Andrei Vorobyov accepted the corresponding order.

Only electronic cards are accepted for the payment. Cash payments are not allowed. The government also imposes restrictions in the region on car sharing services, but not on bike rental. A taxi ride is allowed, but on condition that both the taxi driver and his passengers have special passes. You can issue them on the Gosuslug portal, wrote

Upon the receipt of a special pass, the applicant's passport data is indicated and the transport card number is attached to it. The card will not work in public transport if a person does not have a special permit. Similar restrictions are also imposed on the movement of citizens in Moscow.

When traveling in your own car upon receipt of a special pass, the number and make of the car are also indicated. It is recommended to issue a special pass in advance, at least five hours before the time of the proposed trip. If the surveillance camera fixes a car on the road, the owner of which did not issue a special permit, the driver will have to pay a fine.

Checks for special passes were automated in Moscow and the region after residents complained of traffic jams on the roads and at the entrance to the metro due to police checks of special passes. Doctors called this approach genocide of the population , since standing in line, people risk becoming infected with a new disease.

In Moscow and the region, over 24.7 thousand cases of infection with a new disease have already been recorded, 188 people have died from complications.
