Counter-terrorism operation mode was introduced on Saturday in Moscow, Moscow and Voronezh region after the beginning of the armed mutiny of the PMCs «Wagner». Security measures have been strengthened in these and other regions, mass events have been canceled.
After the abolition of the Counter-terrorism operation mode, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced the lifting of restrictions.
«We are removing all restrictions related to the introduction of a counter—terrorist operation regime», — Sobyanin said on his Telegram channel.
The mayor of the capital added that the postponed graduation for schoolchildren will take place on July 1, and also thanked Muscovites for their understanding.
