Eyewitnesses post footage showing the consequences of a night drone attack in Moscow. Moscow City was hit, two office towers were damaged.

The National Anti-Terrorist Committee (NAC) announced the cancellation of the counter-terrorism operation mode in Moscow and the Moscow Region. All relevant restrictions have also been lifted.

The opening ceremony of the Large Ring Line (Bolshaya koltsevaya line - editor's note) of the Moscow Subway was attended by President Vladimir Putin and Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. Vladimir Putin joined the event via video link.

On Monday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova and Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin (pictured) opened a single support center for the participants of the special operation and their families. The institution is located in the west of the capital on the Coastal Passage.
