US military injured in clash with Russian patrol in Syria

Their condition is assessed as satisfactory. A few days earlier, a Russian general was killed in Syria.

The Russian Defense Ministry commented on the incident, blaming the incident on American servicemen, who knew in advance about the passage of the Russian convoy, but made an attempt to block it.
