Paddy wagons with air conditioners and toilets appeared in Moscow

This was announced by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Moscow Tatyana Potyaeva.

The day before, she visited one of the pre-trial detention centers and learned about the supply of these updated machines. Three of them, which have already been received, are made on the basis of a Ford car. In the near future, another 13 such vehicles based on KAMAZ are expected to arrive. They are ready, said Tatyana Potyaeva. Her words are quoted by Interfax.

The next batch of cars will be designed to carry more people, the official added.

Now the commissioner is preparing a proposal to the metropolitan department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, so that the department, together with the department of transport, will also improve their paddy wagons.
