The European Union classified Gennady Timchenko, the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, Transneft Nikolay Tokarev, the founder of USM Holdings Alisher Usmanov, the owner of Severstal Alexey Mordashov, the chairman of the board of directors of Sheremetyevo airport Alexander Ponomarenko as disgraced entrepreneurs.
