Earlier, several accidents with PAZ buses were recorded in Kostroma: over the past few years, at least six facts of spontaneous combustion of such buses were recorded in the regional center, including at the time when they were on flights and carrying passengers . One of the emergency happened right on the bridge over the Volga. After that, residents began to turn to the authorities with demands to replace the self-igniting PAZs with safer models.
