Yekaterinburg is left without electric light

According to the EESK (Yekaterinburg Electric Grid Company), a technological violation was recorded on the 110 kilovolt line, which provides electricity to a part of the center of Yekaterinburg and a part of the South-West region. Teams of repairmen went to the scene.

"Again, we do not exclude external influence. According to our sensors, this happened in the area of the cable line. As a rule, this is due to external influences. But this is a preliminary reason", - the electricians pointed out.

The company has connected backup power supply circuits. Thus, it was possible to power two de-energized substations. They promise to return the light to the homes of Yekaterinburg residents within an hour.
