The air defense system came into action in the Kursk region

"Tonight, at 2.45, many residents of Kursk heard clapping. The details of the incident are being specified. According to preliminary data, the air defense system worked. There are no victims and no destruction", - the head of the region wrote in his telegram channel.

He promised to clarify the details of what happened later.

Recall that on April 25, the regime of the terrorist threat was extended in the Kursk region. The day before, the Investigative Committee reported that the region had come under targeted shelling from Ukraine. It was hit by officers of the FSB border department at the Tyotkino checkpoint.
