Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin considers it unacceptable for the ministers to fail to fulfill the instructions of President Vladimir Putin within the specified time frame. It is reported by Interfax.

On October 8, during a meeting of the government of the Russian Federation, the Prime Minister recalled that the day before, Putin had pointed out the failure to fulfill instructions regarding the harmonization of legislation on physical culture and sports, as well as on education.

In this regard, Mishustin urged members of the Cabinet of Ministers to carry out instructions on time, without waiting for public comments. The Prime Minister gave a month to correct the situation with the harmonization of legislation. In addition, in a week he is expecting a report from the Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin on this issue.

“I ask the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to complete the work on harmonizing legislation within a month, as the president demanded”, - Mishustin said at a government meeting.

On October 6, at a meeting of the Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports under the President of Russia, Putin noted that the government had not yet fulfilled the instruction to return the status of a teacher to coaches. The deadline expired back in December 2019. “Unfortunately, things are still there, at least in this rather important direction,” the head of state complained.
