Yefremov's lawyer surprised at the new victim in the accident case

It is about the mother of the youngest son of the deceased Sergey Zakharov, with whom he was not in official relations, writes Vechernaya Moskva (Evening Moscow). Pashayev explained that only close relatives can be considered victims.

"As victims legally the close relatives can be declared. These are two sons and a legal wife. That is, not not the actual, but legal, with whom he did not divorce. The mother of his two sons, and also his older brother can be drecognized as a victim. But the cohabitant partner with whom he actually lived has nothing to do. Two sons and a mother of sons have the right", - said the lawyer.

The lawyer did not hide his surprise at the number of suddenly appeared victims.

"Soon the whole village will claim to become victims. For my 20-year experience, this is the first time I have seen such a struggle between relatives. Soon the neighbor will claim too, hoping that something will work out”, - he said.

He added that it is too early to talk about the exact amount of compensation. At the same time, the sum of one and a half million rubles was previously called - the money Pashayev promised to "collect at one call" to the actor’s friends.

Recently, Pashayev talked about a heart attack that occurred in Yefremov amid a nervous breakdown.
