State Duma deputy from Chechnya announced that he would cut off the heads of the Yangulbayev family

Delimkhanov's half-hour video message was posted on his Instagram. A recording with a translation into Russian was also published by the telegram channel 1ADAT **.

- Know that day and night, not sparing our lives, property and offspring, we will pursue you until we cut off your heads and kill you. We really have enmity and blood feud with you. This also applies to those who translate this video into Russian, the State Duma deputy said.

According to Novaya Gazeta, the judge's son, former lawyer of the Committee against Torture*, Abubakar Yangulbaev, said that the parliamentarian's words "naturally are taken seriously".

Earlier, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov himself, threatened to destroy the Yangulbaev family as "accomplices of terrorists." He also said that "this little family belongs underground." Abubakar Yangulbaev stated that he appealed to the Investigative Committee because of Kadyrov's words and asked to recognize these statements as a real threat of murder.

It should be reminded that on January 20, Chechen police officers broke into the apartment of judge Saidi Yangulbaev in Nizhny Novgorod. They beat the judge, his daughter Aliya and his wife Zarema. Having learned that Saydi Yangulbaev has a judicial immunity status, they did not dare to kidnap him, but they captured his seriously ill wife, who suffers from an insulin-dependent form of diabetes and needs constant medical care. Every day she needs to do five injections of insulin.

At the same time, in response to media questions about the kidnapping of the judge's wife, Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that he considered the incident a "strange story" and added that the Kremlin "prefers not to believe such reports".
