President of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University Yasen Zasursky dies

At the age of 91, the president of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, Yasen Zasursky (pictures) has passed away.
VThis was announced by his grandson - Ivan Zasursky. The cause of death was not specified.
Recall that Yasen Zasursky worked at the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University since 1953. From 1965 to 2007 he was the dean of this faculty. Jasek Zasursky was awarded the "Badge of Honor", the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of Merit for the Fatherland IV degree, the UNESCO gold medal named after Mahatma Gandhi. In addition, he twice became a laureate of the Lomonosov Prize. In 2015, he won the government's media award.
