The ambulance doctors, whom Elena called immediately, as soon as the daughters were at home, stated: an acute form of the Coxsackie virus.

“The paramedic admitted to us that she was in shock. “This camp was recommended to my husband at work, we ourselves did not know about it, but after studying the information and reviews, we decided that the place seemed to be quite normal. They promised a discount from work. But in fact, it turned out that it was just "Mosgortur" who sold us a ticket and even, to some extent, got on with us, without informing us that the camp was with the possibility of undergoing treatment, so the tickets were sold to us at full cost. The operator who sold us the tour did not say a word about the treatment. That is, I could refuse to register this treatment, but I did not even hear about these additional services. When it came to the additional payment of the second half of the amount, then I read it and asked a question about it. It turned out that the treatment was mentioned, but, as always, all this was indicated in small print. In general, they said that the money would not be returned. Well, since it so happened, I did not start a dispute, but when I paid the remaining amount, I specifically specified: although we paid, it turns out, the full course with treatment, we do not need any procedures, let my children just rest. We paid almost 50,000 rubles for each child. I considered that this amount as a whole is quite consistent with the declared program, after all, three weeks by the sea, with food and entertainment, a complete shift ...

I brought the children to the camp personally. Again, on the spot, I pointed out once again that although we have paid for the treatment, we do not need it. Then they gave me the phone number of the doctors, I also called them and said that there was no need for treatment. By the way, we didn’t even have a health resort card in our hands, we didn’t make it, as we were filling out the usual health certificates. To which the doctors said to me: it's a pity that you decided so, we have excellent treatment, a bunch of specialists, excellent support, it’s in vain that you refuse, especially since you have paid for everything. But I explained that children do not have diagnoses for which they should be treated, this is ridiculous! In a word, we have finally closed this question.

Then the children plunged into what we thought was a wonderful resort life.

But on the very first day, the daughters upset us with the message that the food was disgusting, it was impossible to eat: it was not salty, then it was cold, then it was simply not tasty.

I understood that the children went to the camp after visiting their grandmother, and after eating at their grandmother's, any food would probably not seem very tasty, but I did not expect that everything would turn out to be so bad! Children, in order to have at least something to eat, were forced to run to a nearby store and interrupt with some chocolates and sweets that are sold there.

But bad food was not the only negative. A huge number of mosquitoes did not give children rest day or night. By the way, there were cockroaches too. Despite the fact that the "Pearl of Russia" is a modern camp with seemingly decent buildings, there were no insect screens on the windows, and there were no repellents either.

The daughters bought themselves bite remedies and plasters. And yet I thought at first that mosquitoes are a "inconvenience", but still, okay, not a big problem. But the children continued to complain not only of constant itching, but also of pain. And what games and rest can be in such a situation?

The eldest daughter, Vera, felt especially bad. She could not understand what was happening, she was very nervous: her feet began to hurt badly, inflamed areas appeared on the skin, it was impossible to step on, it was impossible to walk. My daughter sent me photographs on my phone - it looked like some old calluses, inflamed pimples ... So it immediately became clear to me that mosquitoes had nothing to do with it.

When she was in the shower and saw herself in the mirror, all covered with these terrible ulcers, she had a hysterics. She thought she was dying and no one would help her. Looking ahead, I will say that later, already at home, my daughter had a real panic attack, the child was in tremendous stress.

Alice, the youngest daughter, had the same symptoms of the disease, but the lesions were smaller and not all over the body, and she could walk.

As I later found out, many children coughed very hard, many had a temperature above 38.5, a runny nose; mine too. And all of this was essentially ignored.

The temperature was simply knocked down with pills and, despite the fact that the development of a certain epidemic was evident, nothing more was done. Sick children were not isolated, no one tried to find out what was the reason for their poor health. Now, after all, as we understand, just a little - they call a team with tests for covid, but here - nothing.

I signed a paper allowing the doctor, within some framework, to intervene in the situation and react depending on the child's condition. But the fact of the matter is that no one reacted and nothing sensible was done!

Before my call to the medical unit "Pearls of Russia", the complaints of the daughters there were not taken seriously.

The leaders in the camp and the teenagers themselves, but why such a criminal neglect on the part of the medical staff, which, I remind you, was so hotly advertised to me? Needless to say, it is their responsibility to take a responsible approach to the health of children! You are adults, you must examine the children, take adequate measures!

And the neglect of the legs was already in such a state that the eldest daughter leaned on other people on the way to the first-aid post. The nurse urged her on, not realizing that the child was not faking!

As a result, the medical unit told her about allergic dermatitis and gave her some kind of ointment, but this did not bring any relief. She was also offered to drink some kind of medicine, the name of which she did not remember.

By a happy coincidence, at that time my husband was on a business trip to Karachay-Cherkessia. There were still five days left until the end of the children's rest. Not knowing about the situation in the camp - I decided not to bother him on the road - he called and asked if he shouldn't go to Anapa and pick up his daughters himself early? In a different situation, I would definitely say that, of course, it is not worth it, but here was a completely different case. As a result, the husband took the girls home by car five days earlier.

For the sake of completeness, I want to clarify - that is, we did not use return train tickets, paid for initially.

Now my girls feel almost normal, but so far we have not been discharged and it is not known when they will be discharged. Ulcers heal, the epidermis is restored. The skin actively peels off, especially from the feet, the look, of course, is terrible. As the doctor explained to us, these rashes were not only on the skin, but also on the internal organs, on the throat. My daughter's camp is remembered with horror ... ”.

"Novye Izvestia" asked Elena if she had managed to contact the leaders of the "Pearl of Russia" and whether she intends to seek compensation for such a "magnificent" vacation.

“You can only call the call center operator. Yelling at him, as you know, makes little sense. But I want to say that if there is a class action lawsuit from the parents of the injured children, I will certainly take part in this. I can imagine what a shock the other parents were when they met their sick children after the camp! ”Elena emphasized.

According to the guys themselves, the buildings in which they lived were in a terrible state, repairs were done there 20 years ago, and it was simply impossible to eat food in the dining room - and this is far from all the horrors that the children had to endure.

The parents paid 60 thousand rubles for a ticket to the health center "Pearl of Russia". For this money, the camp was promised a “turnkey” vacation, REN-TV reports. Medical procedures, entertainment, excursions, five meals a day. But the problems started on the very first day. The following messages suddenly began to come from the children:

Many schoolchildren refused to go to the dining room with such a menu. We switched to chips, juice and mineral water. "Products" were purchased at the nearest store. Where they lived is also remembered with disgust. They say it was impossible to be in the buildings. Mosquitoes, cockroaches and repairs from twenty years ago. The rooms have wallpaper with holes, drinking water is only on the first floor, the children said.

And then it gets worse. When torrential rains hit Anapa in the middle of the shift, the rest turned into a survival quest. In the adjacent to the "Pearl of Russia" sanatorium "Vita" in the buildings flooded the first floors. The children almost had to swim to get to the dining room.

“It turns out that they walked from one building to another in the water, barefoot in flip flops, they had no other shoes. They were not provided with food in the building. The children were forced to move on foot in order to simply go out to eat. And after that, half of the camp came down with rotavirus infection, ”said activist Lyubov Ushakova.

At the same time, according to Emma Ryabova , the chief physician of the Pearl of Russia sanatorium complex, everything went "as usual", the children left home healthy, "there is feedback" and everything is fine with the guys.

Parents are extremely outraged by these words, which can hardly be called a lie, and intend to write applications to Rospotrebnadzor and seek compensation, and if the camp leadership continues to ignore them - so far no one has contacted them from there - they will sue.
