2. Increase in the salaries of school teachers. Introduce a uniform nationwide "teacher minimum wage" equal to 5 regular minimum wages. Take the money from point 10, by optimizing digitalization.

3. To return the power of the teacher to the school: now the teacher is being bullied from two sides, from the side of the ministry, and from the side of parents and students. The teacher is deprived of the opportunity to give a deuce, plan classes, leave for the second year. Without “teacher’s power,” the school degrades.

4. Give teachers the status of civil servants, with all rights and benefits, a social package. To return to the teacher "subjectivity" and will, to organize a "guild of teachers", to return the electiveness of principals in schools.

5. Conduct massive professional retraining of teachers. It will take several years for the current body of teachers to turn into the one we want to see in the school. Young guys will come to the teachers, many yesterday's tutors and those who left the profession will return to the profession. For the selection of teachers in the future, you can use the scheme from "Teachers for Russia".

6. Free education from "effective managers" as well as armchair theorists. Different "systemic-thought-activity" approaches, "competencies", "skills" and the like are not related to the training of good specialists. HEIs and schools should be run by working teachers (and teachers).

7. Move towards pluralism in the field of examinations. There should be different ways of leaving school and entering a university, not just the Unified State Exam. Return freedom to universities.

8. Bridging the gap between "techies" and "humanities". It is necessary that the people responsible for technological breakthroughs are aware of the wide social context of these decisions, and the people who make political decisions are oriented in natural science issues.

9. To revise the content of textbooks and USE in humanitarian disciplines, such as history, social studies and others. As far as I understand, today there is quite often ideologized doctrinairism (and of various interpretations), and not real knowledge.

10. Carry out a digital counter-reform. Adequate use of digital technologies is needed: so that they complement a living teacher and be used for the good (and not for the destruction of education).
