The Nizhny Tagil farmer was accused of torturing his own children, however, his acquaintances say that this is not so.

Two weeks ago, in the village of Anatolskaya near Nizhny Tagil, police officers who arrived after receiving an anonymous complaint took away three children from local farmer Dmitry Slastnikov. The complaint alleged that the businessman tortured and sexually harassed them, and furthermore, because he practiced ancient Slavic traditions, the son and his two daughters did not go to school and were not seen by doctors. TagilCity.ru journalists dealt with the situation.

It turned out that Dmitry had long ago abandoned the benefits of civilization and is an adherent of Slavic culture, like some of his neighbors, whom he converted to his faith. In particular, he preaches that only what is grown by one's own hands should be eaten. Supporters of this lifestyle try to treat children on their own, and even give birth without the help of doctors, because “excessive intervention in the body upsets what is created by nature...”

The same applies to vaccinations, which they compare to a computer virus that has entered the body and "begins to be weird there." A child's runny nose, for example, according to this teaching, is nothing more than a negative energy that comes out of a child. You need to lie down on the grass, lean against a tree to get rid of it. True, with injuries, the “Slavs” still go to the emergency room. The same applies to school education: the school, in their opinion, has ceased to teach children kindness: “Everything is put on socialization, that is, on a portfolio. Teach children to sell themselves more expensive..." Therefore, children study at home using textbooks, and annually pass certification at the school in their place of residence. However, at the same time, children attend circles and sections. Parents instill in them professional qualities that help them feed their families in the future: build, or farm, for example. But they will choose the profession themselves.

It is curious that Rodnovers do not consider themselves sectarians, but simply observe the values of their ancestors and honor Mother Nature. Moreover, they consider their ancestors to be gods. Before the meal, they say “Glory to the family”, they gather together on holidays, but they do not openly preach their views: “We have nothing to preach. Love your children - you do not need to preach for this..."

As for Dmitry Slastnikov, the police believe that he forced his children to do household chores, involved them in harvesting, forbade them to go out, citing the lack of time to complete the assigned work.

His like-minded people claim that they never noticed child abuse on the part of Slastnikov. True, it turned out that the situation in the house of a father with many children is not very comfortable, but his supporters explain this by the fact that Dmitry's wife left the family, leaving her son and daughters in the care of her father.

All acquaintances characterize him as a kind and sympathetic person, leading a healthy lifestyle, accustoming children to kindness and diligence. How this story will end is not yet clear, but the solidarity of the Nizhny Tagil "Slavs" is impressive.
