The number of victims of explosions in the Crimea increased to nine

- The number of victims as a result of the incident in the village of Novofedorovka, Saki district, has increased to nine. The deceased is still alone, - RIA Novosti reports a message from the regional Ministry of Health.

The day before it was reported about five victims, including a child.

Recall that the explosions thundered near the resort town on Tuesday afternoon. The Ministry of Defense explained that the explosion occurred as a result of the detonation of ammunition at the Saki military airfield. The reasons for the detonation of shells are being investigated. A cordon zone was introduced five kilometers from it. People were evacuated from nearby houses. Regional authorities have stepped up security measures.
