On February 15, at 07:25, the Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket with the Progress MS-19 spacecraft was launched. The docking of the spacecraft with the International Space Station is scheduled for 10:06 Moscow time on February 17.

Progress MS-19 will spend 370 days in space.

Note that this is the first launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome this year.

The ship delivered 1.6 thousand kg of cargo to the station. These are on-board resource equipment, cable laying for retrofitting the Nauka multi-purpose laboratory module, clothes and food for astronauts, a set of payloads for scientific and applied research and experiments.

It's worth reminding that the previous cargo spacecraft, Progress MS-18, docked with the ISS on October 30.

A total of five ships are planned to be launched to the ISS in 2022: three cargo Progress and two manned Soyuz. In March 2022, a completely Russian crew will depart for the station: Denis Matveev, Oleg Artemyev and Sergey Korsakov.
