The court recognized the guilt of the ex-head of the State Construction Supervision of Kuzbass in the case of "Zimnyaya Vishnya"

The verdict announced by the judge says that Komkova received a bribe in 2014 and carried out financial transactions and other transactions with other property. In addition, the court established the guilt of her ex-subordinate Svetlana Shengerey, her son Eduard, the head of the construction company ISK Resource, which reconstructed the building of Zimnyaya Vishnya.

The prosecution insists on the version that Komkova, with the participation of her son and Cherednichenko, received 7 million rubles from the developer of the shopping center, in exchange for this she did not bring the company to responsibility for the reconstruction of the building under the shopping and entertainment center without a construction permit and in violation of the requirements of the project documentation.

The funds were credited to LLC ISK Resource from March 2013 to March 2014 under a fictitious design contract. Later, the accomplices cashed them out.

The prosecution is also confident that Komkova and Shengerey did not take measures to eliminate the violations discovered by the inspection in March 2014 during the construction and modernization of the "Zimnyaya Vishnya" building. Schenerey drew up an inspection report containing inaccurate information about the allegedly performed work, and Komkova approved this document. After the building of the shopping center was put into operation with an inoperative fire extinguishing system and blocked exits for emergency evacuation of visitors. The prosecutor asked for Komkova a punishment of 21 years in prison, for the other defendants in this case - from eight to 18 years in prison.

Last month, we recall, it was reported that the relatives of those killed in the fire in the Kemerovo shopping center "Zimnyaya Vishnya" are not satisfied with the timing and amount of compensation, assigned by the court to the defendants in the fire case. At the beginning of last month, the Zavodskoy District Court of Kemerovo recovered from the Ministry of Emergency Situations in favor of the relatives of those killed in the fire in the Zimnyaya Vishnya shopping center for 75 thousand rubles each.
