"There's nothing to hang around here in quarantine!" Appeals to the police departments are not accepted in Vologda

Vologda resident Anton Borisov became a victim of the "quarantine" arbitrariness: he came to the police station to report about a crime that was committed against him, but the law enforcement officers accused him of violating the self-isolation regime. Now Borisov faces a fine, reports Sever.Realiy.

And all due to the fact that the police station is not in the allowed 100, but 300 meters from his house. But the most interesting thing is that the police accepted Borisov’s statement, and the protocol on violation of the regime of self-isolation was drawn up only a few days later, indicating there that the decision of the Government of the Vologda Oblast contains an obligation for citizens not to leave their places of residence and switch to self-isolation, except for treatment for medical assistance, shopping, work, as well as following to the place of service ...

As soon as they say nothing about visits to the police, this actually means that the criminals are not found and will not be punished.

The publication writes that such incidents have already happened in Vologda. Another resident of the city, Ilya Kuznetsov, says:

“The other day I was detained when at night I was returning from a convenience store. They brought them to the department, but then, apparently, changed their minds to draw up a protocol and released them. At the time of my arrest, a police officer used physical force against me and inflicted bodily harm on me. So the next day I went to the police to write a statement to him. And a few days later I received a notice on the compilation of a protocol against me for violation of self-isolation ... "

The amazing thing does not end there: in the notification, Kuznetsov was invited to come to the department to consider the issue of initiating an administrative case.

That is, again violate the self-isolation mode!
