Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin suggested that the capital's restaurateurs create separate zones in establishments for those visitors who have been vaccinated against the coronavirus.

“Let's create coronavirus-free zones in restaurants, where people with vaccinations will stay,” the Moscow mayor suggested at a meeting with entrepreneurs. His words are quoted by "Interfax".

The restaurateurs themselves asked the head of the city not to immediately fine small businesses for violating coronavirus restrictions, but to issue warnings. The restaurateurs propose to fine businessmen for repeated violations of coronavirus restrictions. Sobyanin promised to discuss this issue with the relevant departments. The entrepreneurs also proposed to revise the "antiquated" measures. The mayor of the city supported this idea.

Recall that mass vaccination in the Russian Federation began in January this year. Russians are vaccinated free of charge with one of the three registered vaccines - Sputnik V, EpiVacKorona or Kovivac. So far, 26.9 million people have been vaccinated with at least one component of the vaccine, which is about 18% of the country's population. To increase the rate of vaccination in Yakutia, vaccination against coronavirus was made mandatory . In other regions, the initiative was not supported , suggesting other measures to motivate Russians. So, in the Voronezh region, it was proposed to give a paid day off to everyone who will be vaccinated against the coronavirus. Elderly residents of Moscow are issued certificates with a face value of a thousand rubles, which can be spent on the purchase of food and medicine.
