According to the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand, "problems" with heat are expected in the Arkhangelsk and Vologda regions, as well as in the Komi Republic.

"The temperature there is 7-8 degrees above normal in the coming days - the temperature is up to 28-32 degrees. In the Southern Federal District, the temperature is 7 degrees above normal almost everywhere. In the Krasnodar Territory, up to 30-35 degrees are predicted", - TASS quotes the words of Vilfand.

The expert pointed out that the abnormally warm weather will be in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District. For example, in Yakutia and the Khabarovsk Territory, the air temperature is expected to be 34-37 degrees. This is 8-10 degrees above the norm. In the south of the Urals, in the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions, the thermometer will rise to 30-36 degrees, which is 7-10 degrees higher than the norm. In the Volga Federal District, the deviation from the norm will also be 7-10 degrees. In Chuvashia, 31-37 degrees are expected.

Recall that a heat wave is a phenomenon in which the average daily temperature exceeds the climatic norm by five or more degrees for five days. The phenomenon is considered dangerous because it can negatively affect human health.

In the Central Federal District, the weather will be warm, but with a noticeable variation in temperature from district to district. Between north and south, forecasters predict a significant difference in temperature. If in Kostroma, Ivanovo region and Moscow 20-26 degrees, then in Voronezh region, Kursk and Belgorod - 26-31. Ryazan, Kaluga and Tula regions are expected to reach 26-29 degrees.
