Disappearing working experience... Electronic work books started bringing problems

In Moscow, there have already been several cases when the information about labor activity was lost.

As you know, in 2019, a law was adopted, according to which for Russians from 2020, when receiving government services, the procedure for providing information on work experience on paper was abolished.

Thus, the long-promised gradual transition to digital work books began. Until October 31, 2020, all working citizens had to make a choice in favor of a paper or electronic version of the labor one. When choosing an electronic format, a paper work was handed out. It was recommended to keep it, since only information about work starting from 2020 is recorded in the electronic version. From January 1, 2021, for those who first get a job, only an electronic work book is provided. To date, 7.7 million Russians have decided to completely switch to an electronic work book.

However, according to VTsIOM, almost two-thirds of workers prefer traditional paper documents, and are afraid of innovations. And for good reason: most Russians doubt that the full transition to an electronic digital book will take place without the disruptions that are common in Russia. And then what? How to recover lost data on seniority? But the size of the pension directly depends on him ...

And now the fears began to come true. The journalists of the online edition "Ridus" write about it.

Muscovite Dina Korosteleva and her friend have already faced the loss of data on their seniority, after which they decided to make a request to the "State Services". The documents sent did not show information about their employment in the Chelyabinsk company, where they worked in 2013-2014. Two months have disappeared from this working period.

Moreover, an error in electronic labor is associated with the liquidation of the company:

“Perhaps the employer submitted the information incorrectly, but my friend and I have the same mistakes, with liquidated companies, that is, where you cannot prove anything. When we switched to the electronic version, I chose the paper type, since anything can happen in our country, and so I will have at least some document in my hands, I thought. While I am not going to undertake anything, two months is not years, but someone may have lost years, and this will clearly affect the size of the pension, ”Dina Korosteleva told Ridus.

Exactly the same thing happened with a resident of Moscow Svetlana Antonova, who requested an electronic work book on the Gosuslug portal and was very surprised to find that there were three gaps in her work experience: two months, eight months and three weeks. Antonova was outraged by the situation itself:

“It turns out that I have an entry in my work book since March 1, 2007, and in my electronic work book since December 31, 2007, that is, eight months have been lost. As for the second company, I discovered two surprises at once in the period of labor activity: from October 1, 2012 to December 4, 2012 there is a gap in work, then the work experience is resumed. Then again from December 8, 2012 to December 31, 2012, the experience is interrupted. Suppose figs with him, with this year. But where is the guarantee that all this will not happen again? Now I, or what, have to check every year whether all the entries were made to me in the work book? This is not normal! And if they are all liquidated over time, it is completely unrealistic to prove something over time..."

The call to the FIU did not give anything, they said that both companies were liquidated, and therefore it would be very problematic to help her:

“When they called me from the Pension Fund, we began to communicate, I asked them what I should do now. Two companies were liquidated, what should be done? In total, almost a year of work has been lost. They explained to me that they will send requests to the archives, but not the fact that there is something there. I say that I have the original work book, where there is this experience with all the seals, why can't you take them into account? They say: "No, we just can't take a work book now." This was their answer. They said that they needed some kind of order, an employment contract. Where did I get them from? So many years have passed. In principle, I do not store these things. Of course, if I knew that this was possible, I would keep..."

The press service of the Pension Fund of Russia, responding to a request from Ridus, explained that so far, according to their information, users have not encountered serious problems:

“If an employee sees that not all information about places of work is reflected, it is necessary to send an appeal to the employer who has entered incorrect or incomplete data, or contact the Pension Fund of Russia. The fund's specialists will help make a request to the employer or the successor organization and to the archive, if the company where the person worked no longer exists, ”said Pavel Lomanov, head of the press service.

When asked whether the problem of disappearing records only concerns liquidated companies, the specialist did not answer.

Meanwhile, social networks confirm that such troubles are not accidental at all. So Irina Pykhova writes:

“This year, a couple of months of experience has disappeared, I check old and new extracts - all dates are the same, only the amount is different. No dog in PF can tell why or what happened. They don't know anything, they have paws, you can check the information on the Internet. When you come to them, they cannot answer a single question, and sometimes they just lie. They sit there for years at work and know absolutely nothing. The circle has closed..."

Blogger Maksim Pryts generally does not exclude the existence of a criminal plan in these situations:

“This is where corruption or malicious intent may well be taking place. IT specialist Vasya will be asked by a neighbor to add something. Or the deputy chairman of the PF will issue a closed order to reduce such and such. Since incomes in PF are not comparable to the IT market, highly conscious and temptation-resistant specialists are unlikely to work there. Well, with access to change the data in the plate is not to work with the paper version of the TC ... "

And Irina Pokladova shares interesting information that the PF employees themselves left their paper work books:

“When this all with the introduction of electronic labor began, an employee at the Pension Fund, when we got to talking about this topic, confessed to me that everyone in the Pension Fund wrote a statement to save the paper labor workers. We did the same..."

Summing up the discussion, publicist Ilya Vaitsman writes:

“Wow, what a surprise ?! It was not clear to someone that all these "electronic work books" were conceived only and exclusively in order to "legally" deprive people of pensions, motivating this decision by "lack of work experience according to your work book"?

Seriously, are there such "naive" people? And that the transition to electronic certificates of ownership of all types, too, in order to deprive of property is not invented? Come on...

Never mind, soon they will introduce electronic v / y and passports, and then people can simply be instantly erased at the touch of a button. There was a man - and no. No man, no traces of his existence in general..."
