According to RIA Novosti, referring to the leading expert of the Phobos weather center, Yevgeny Tishkovets, autumn will "declare itself" right from the first day.

- From the west, Central Russia is attacked by an active cyclone named "Ove", whose route will surely run through Moscow. Further, the atmospheric vortex will change its trajectory and take a course to the northeast, bringing bad weather down to the Upper Volga and Vologda regions, ”the expert said.

According to the forecaster, on the night of September 1, due to the warm sector of the cyclone, the sky will be covered with multi-tiered stratus clouds, and a light rain will begin to drip. The air temperature will drop to 15-17 degrees. The morning will be gloomy, and the rain will intensify to one and a half mm. The south wind will reach 3-8 meters per second. By the middle of the day it will get a little warmer - up to 16-18 degrees, but the temperature will not rise higher due to the cold atmospheric front, accompanied by "powerful caps of cumulonimbus clouds extending into the stratosphere to an altitude of 10-12 km."

- Such swirling clouds, as a rule, always "shoot" with volley showers and artillery cannonade of farewell thunderstorms, in the southeast and east of the Moscow region, as well as in certain areas of neighboring Ryazan, Vladimir and Tula regions - even with the likelihood of focal hail, - said Tishkovets ...

When a squally wind passes through, the instant wind speed will rise to 17 meters per second. On September 2, Muscovites "will wake up in the conditions of this autumn."
