On November 24, 70% of Kyiv remains without electricity, Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said, pointing out that electricity was restored on the left bank, and on the right it would be returned today.

- Power engineers make every effort to return it as soon as possible. However, they note that this will depend on the restoration of balance in the energy system of Ukraine, since Kyiv is part of the national energy system, Klitschko wrote in his TG channel.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that on the night of November 24, 11 regions in the country were de-energized as a result of Russian attacks. He demanded that the UN Security Council convene an urgent meeting in this regard. Zelensky, in violation of UN rules, did not attend the meeting in person.

In turn, Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that pinpoint attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure are a response to the thoughtless pumping of Western weapons into the Kiev regime.
