Unknown terrorizes residents of one of the districts of Chelyabinsk (VIDEO). According to the Telegram channel Ural Mash, the police silently accept statements from victims and "do not react" to what is happening. Chelyabinsk residents fear that the shooter's target may be a school located nearby.
