Security forces detained the owner of the online service for the hiring of killers
During a joint special operation, officers of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a 38-year-old resident of Izhevsk, who is suspected of creating a conspiratorial online service for organizing contract killings.
